Often teams of agency staff are used at sites to unload products from suppliers or transport providers. These agencies usually lack the training and skills needed and as a result can inflict damage to products and cause chaos on site.

The physical removal from the delivery vehicle, placing in the correct room as per the plans of the designer does need to be done properly.
