We have established a call centre at our head office that deals directly with your clients who may questions about the delivery of a product. The call centre staff deals directly with the manufacturer to agree receiving dates at our distribution centre. Our teams are trained in all aspects of customer service and have gained a reputation with our existing clients for attention to detail and a pro-active involvement. An individual telephone number is allocated to each account.
